Liberation
The dread Spectre has been banished into the void, and the Istar reeling from the loss of such a mighty ally has been defeated in her quest to gain control of the nexus. Now, Hart, Overlord of the AlGaia, Ael Shikari, Ael Gaia, turns his attention to the rebellious breakaway state of the Southern Mempo Empire.
Buoyed by the United Factions’ success at Renewal last year and safe in the knowledge that his undertaking is blessed by Emperor Heyami, he calls upon his allies and all free people to aid his people in regaining the land that is rightfully theirs. From the western isles, he calls for the aid of the Painted People, the fierce and independent Fir Cruthen; from the fair land of Albion, he asks for the courage of the noble and doughty Lions; and from the frozen north, he calls for the aid of the fierce, courageous Wolves. From the land of Teutonia, he asks for steadfast legions to aid his cause; from the mysterious east he calls for the cunning and guile of the Jhereg; and from their neighbours the swift Nomads he craves knowledge to aid in defeating his foes. Finally, as always, there is work for sellswords of all types in any campaign, so he bids these to travel with the war hosts to northern Estragales to show their valour and skill alongside the war hosts of the United Factions.
He bids all to put aside past slights and arguments and to work together to put an end to these rebellious ex-subjects of the Golden Empire, for it is rumoured by many that they will stop at nothing in their quest to make the lands their own for generations to come including, it is whispered, calling on Necromancers and Thaumaturges to produce who knows what abominations to resist the free peoples!
Now is the moment to strike and free this land from the yoke of its foreign oppressors and return it to its rightful stewards. So sharpen your blade and your wits and travel once again to the forests of Estragales; to battle, glory, honour and fame!
